**All of our classes are structured to engage full body movements. So, while we may highlight a major muscle group on specific days, be ready to work the whole body no matter what day you show up—we keep the exercises functional, challenging, and fun. Some kind of HIIT cardio can be expected in every class.**


STRENGTH COACHING – 60 MINUTE SESSIONS:

Strength coaching sessions are all about YOU. They are designed to focus on the member's specific goals and areas needing development. We will establish a baseline and track towards achieving and pushing past your goals together. Each session is 60 minutes in length. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance. Members must schedule sessions 36 hours in advance to ensure availability. Please call within 24 hours to cancel.
